Do you order more to buffer against unreliable delivery or order less because demand is unpredictable? You can’t get the product you need in time. Should you use an alternative part? A customer asks for a rush order but the long supplier lead time forces you to reconsider and a sales opportunity is lost. We believe that there is no need to compromise.

The answer is Atom Jet Accelerated Delivery. This program is designed to guarantee Reliable Delivery you can count on. On a regular basis, you will find our standard delivery lead times and pricing very competitive. Best of all, if your product is not delivered on time, we’ll pay you 5% of the selling price per day for the inconvenience. We’ll guarantee it and we’ll put it in writing.

If the need arises, Atom Jet will provide you with even shorter lead times and the guarantee that your products will be delivered to you on time. No more lost opportunities or rescheduling problems. In most cases, we will provide an option at one quarter of the standard lead time. Faster lead times are subject to premium pricing, so of course, we’ll pay a premium penalty if we’re late. Again, we’ll guarantee it and put it in writing.

Obviously, the penalties are so severe, Atom Jet never wants to be late.

We guarantee to deliver the selected option ON-TIME or we will pay you 5% of the selected option price for every day we are late.

Terms & Conditions

Once we have the necessary information from you and confirm availability of raw material, we will provide you with guaranteed delivery dates.

In most cases, we will be able to provide an option of one quarter of the standard lead time, but if that is not possible, we will notify you of what we can do.

Atom Jet retains the right to accept or reject a customer’s request for cancellation.
