We have over 25 years of experience brazing carbide! Atom Jet Industries pioneered the use of carbide in the Agricultural sector. This use in large-scale agricultural activity on broad base acre farming has significantly prolonged the life of seedbed openers in abrasive soil conditions. With carbide the performance of the opener has also improved. Use of carbide by other manufacturers in this sector has become very commonplace.

Using induction heating process, Atom Jet Industries brazes carbide to materials supplied by our customers or can be completely manufactured in our machine shop, to your specifications.

This experience has allowed Atom Jet Industries to gain considerable insight as to how to work with carbide. We have manufactured carbide insert components for the Forestry, and Oil & Gas sector.
